The below image shows the top bar of a case within TM3 web. There are 10 sections highlighted which will be discussed below.

1. Clicking the Back button will bring you back to the screen you were on before you navigated to the case.

2. This area contains some information about the patient. This includes their name, their DOB and whether they are a self-funding or insurance patient. You are able to go to the patient’s record from within the case by clicking on their name.

3. The middle section records the admission date and practitioner which get populated when the appointment is booked. The body site will also populate if a body site is chosen at the time of booking. You are able to edit this information by clicking on Edit and can choose the diagnosis. You set up the diagnosis list via the 'Current diagnosis code list' setting within case settings. You do not have to set the diagnosis here as this will populate when you set the diagnosis within the first consultation.

4. This section will be relevant if the patient has been referred through Pronto.

5. If the patient has any treatment authorisations they will appear in this section. You are also able to edit these and add new ones

6. When you press on this icon it gives you a summary of the patients appointments and finances. Please note: Practitioners will not be able to see financial information here however users with a higher user level can eg System Administrators.

7. If you press Next the case will navigate to the next consultation or if you click Previous the case will navigate to the previous consultation. It also shows how many consultations there are.

8. When you press 'Go To' it displays a drop down which will list different sections of the case that you can jump to. The image below shows two areas of the case that we can go to. As more consultations, images and notes get added to the case this list will grow.

9. This shows the case status. The below image shows the different types of status and what each of these mean.

Awaiting 1st Appt - A case has been created from the patient's record or via a referral but there are no appointments created for it yet.

In Treatment - Any case which has at least one appointment but has not been discharged. (The discharge button has not been pressed and there is no discharge date).

On Hold - A case that is In Treatment can be put On Hold. This is a separate flag to show that there is no ongoing clinic work happening. This is a temporary status that is manually set/unset by the user only from the case form.

Discharged - Once the case has been discharged the status automatically changes to Discharged.

10. You are able to add a flag to a case by clicking on Add. You are then able to choose from the 5 clinical flags or add a new custom alert. This is shown in the image below.

Once you lock a case a padlock icon is automatically populated on the case top bar. The icon is shown in the image below. Once a case is locked it can no longer be edited but the user can add post lock notes.
