To add a new Expenditure Category, go to Settings>Configuration and scroll down to 'Custom Lists.'
Click on the 'Custom List' drop down and scroll until you see 'Expenditure Category.'
Clicking on 'Expenditure Category' will then display an option for you to input your new category.
Simply type in your new Expenditure Category and click 'Add to List'
You will now see that 'Other Bills' has been added to the list of Expenditure Categories and is now available to use.
