If you need to edit an invoice in TM3, there are 2 ways you can do this. Both will be explained here:

Edit Invoice Via Client Record

To edit an invoice from the Client Record, go to the Contacts section in TM3, search for the Client Record that the invoice is linked to and click to open the record.

Then click on their 'Account' section to view their transactions and invoices.

Clicking on their 'Account' tab will display their Account Information.

You can search for invoices from different date ranges if you can not see the invoice you wish to edit displayed.

Click on 'View' beside the invoice you wish to edit.

This will bring you to the 'Invoice' screen. To make changes to the information in the invoice, simply click 'Edit,' highlighted here in red.

An 'Edit Invoice' window will then appear allowing you to make your changes before clicking 'Save.'

You can also make changes or complete actions relating to the charges and transactions on an invoice from the 'Transactions' section.


Edit Invoice Via Finances

Go to the Finances section of TM3 where all of your invoices are stored.

Simply search for the invoice you wish to edit. You can do this via Invoice Number, Client Name or you can use an 'Advanced Search.'

Once you have found the correct invoice, click 'View.'

This will bring you to the 'Invoice' screen. To make changes to the information in the invoice, simply click 'Edit,' highlighted here in red.

An 'Edit Invoice' window will then appear allowing you to make your changes before clicking 'Save.'

You can also make changes or complete actions relating to the charges and transactions on an invoice from the 'Transactions' section.
