If you wish to add an extra level of security to your account you are able to this via 'Settings' > 'Customer Service'
When you access this setting you will be brought to the screen below. It states that when you call our TM3 Support Team you will always be asked for your Client ID, but also shows the other levels of security you can implement.
There are 3 levels of security that you can choose from:
No Additional Security - TM3 standard security
'Data' Related Security - If issues involve data you will be asked for your security word to proceed.
Full Security - No matter what the issue, you will be asked for your security word to proceed.
