If you're experiencing problems with TM3 pages, clearing the browser cache is a good first step to try to resolve the issue.

Each time you access a web page, your web browser stores a temporary copy of the files needed to display the web page to you. Those temporary files are called the browser cache. If your cache is not updating properly or if it’s stuck, you could be viewing an older version of some of the supporting files that run tm3app.com. If you clear the cache, this will force your browser to fetch all of the files for a Website again so you will see the most recent version of the page.

Clearing Individual Website Data

As per above, clearing your Website data is the first step you can take to resolving any issues that you have with TM3 pages.

The below steps will advise you on how you can clear individual Website data.

E.g If support advise you to clear your browser (Chrome) and try again. These are the steps you need to carry out.

Step 1: Open Chrome settings using located at the top right corner.

Step 2: Click More Tools on right-hand side, scroll down and click Developer Tools.

Step 3: When the developer tools appear you will see something like the image below, along the top toolbar click on the '>>' and select 'Application'.

Step 4: In the application section, click on 'Local Storage' and 'Session Storage' right click on your TM3 weblink, then click 'Clear'

Step 5: Right-click on your refresh button. You should now be provided with a dropdown list, click on 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload' and then retry.
