If you are having difficulty accessing your clinical notes via TM3 and are simply seeing a screen with a spinning blue circle, you may need to clear your browsing cache and perform a 'hard reload' of the webpage. The instructions below will show you how to do this in Google Chrome.

Windows

  • With TM3 open on screen press the F12 key on your keyboard

  • This will open a technical panel

  • Right click on the 'Refresh/Reload Icon in the top menu bar'

  • Choose 'Empty Cache & Hard Reload'

  • You may need to log out and back in after doing this.

Mac OS

  • With TM3 Open on screen press the alt cmd and J keys simultaneously

  • This will open a technical panel

  • Right click (Two finger tap/click) on the 'Refresh/Reload Icon in the top menu bar'

  • Choose 'Empty Cache & Hard Reload'

  • You may need to log out and back in after doing this
