If you are trying to log into TM3 but cannot remember your password and need to reset it, click on 'I need help signing in' on your login screen.
You will then be redirected to a new webpage, similar to the image below, where you will be asked for your email address. Please ensure that your use the correct email address that you log into TM3 with.
You will then be sent an email to that email address with a link on it. When you click the link you will be prompted to created a new password.
Once you have entered the new password and clicked 'Set My Password' you will then be able to use the new password for TM3.
