You are able to add a security word to your TM3 account. This will add an extra layer of security to your Customer Service account. When the TM3 Support Team ask for your Client ID you will also be asked for your password.
To do this, go to Settings > Customer Service. You can then choose a security setting.
No Additional Security - you will only be asked for your Client ID
'Data' Related Security - You will be asked for your Client ID and Security Word for 'Data' issues.
Full Security - You will always be asked for your Client ID and Security Word
If you wish to choose a Security Keyword, simply enter the keyword at the bottom of the screen - this will automatically save.
