When you first go to 'Contacts' you will be given a list view and 3 different options - Clients, Businesses and Contacts. If we select 'Businesses' this will bring up a list of all of the different businesses that you have added to your TM3. There are 4 different classification of business contact - corporate, hospital, insurance and staff.

If you want to search for a business you can do so by clicking on the text field above the blue bar that says 'Search Businesses.'

You can also do an 'Advanced Search' that will let you search by a specific business field:

On the dashboard, you are also able to sort each group by different columns. For example if you wish to sort it by the name of the group. you can select the tab and this will sort it in alphabetical order. This can be done in ascending or descending order.

This can also be done with every column:

  • Group Reference number

  • Name

  • Contact

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • Web address

  • Balance

  • Location

If the business record text is red, it means that the business currently owes money. The amount they currently owe can be found under the 'Balance' column and will be a minus number. If the balance is now a minus number it means that they current ly have credit in their account.

Select the 'View' button to view the Contact's record.
