When you first create a business in TM3 you will be required to create First and Follow Up charges. From within the Business record, you can change these or add more charges if you require.
In order to add charges, first search for the Business and click 'View'
You will then be presented with the different 'Locations' and charges set for the Business.
If you wish to change the First and Follow Up charges, you will first need to remove them. You can then 'Add Charges.'
The pop up below will then appear. Your First and Follow Up charges will already be selected. You can then add more by clicking the checkbox. Once you've chosen your charges click 'Add Selected.'
