When assigned a Client/Patient to a specific group, you will first need to access the Client/Patient record. On this screen, you will need to click on the 'Edit' button to open the Client/Patient Edit window,

On the Patient Edit window, you will need to click on the drop down with at Billings Details to change the settings. The first step is to select 'A Business pays for the patient's treatment' button. Once this has been set you will then have a 'Group/Business' drop down selection which will allow you to select the record.

In this section, you will also see fields named 'Policy No.' and so on, these will need to be populated also if the Group requires this information.
