In TM3 you can send an email from a Patient/Client record. To do this open the record and click the 'Actions' button.

Clicking on this will present a list of different actions that can be performed. Scroll down until you reach 'Email' section. This will then display custom email templates that have been added.

When you have selected the appropriate email template the below window will appear. The email address that is in the client record will automatically pull through here. You can Cc or Bcc others into this email and add information by typing into the email editor.

Click 'Send' when you want to send the email to the client.
