When assigning a Client/Patient to a specific group, you will first need to access the Client/Patient record. On this screen, you will need to click on the 'Edit' button to open the 'Client/Patient Edit' window.

On the 'Patient Edit' window, you will need to click on the drop down with at 'Billing Details' to change the settings.

The first step is to select 'A Business pays for the patient's treatment' button.

Once this has been set you will then have a 'Group/Business' drop-down selection which will allow you to select the correct record.

In this section, you will also see fields named Policy No. and so on, these will need to be populated also if the Group requires this information.
