There may come a time where by a patient will request some or all of the information that you currently have stored on them. We have added new functionality for you to be able to make it simple to retrieve the information requested.

To access this go to the relevant Patient Record and click 'Actions' where you will find the option for 'Download Patient Details.' You will then be able to select what information you wish to retrieve.

The system will then collect the information you have requested.

Please note that depending on the information requested and amount of information you currently hold on the patient this process may take some time.

Once the process has been completed the system will send you an email confirming the process have completed.
