At Blue Zinc, we are constantly improving our software to ensure that TM3 remains the leading clinic and class management system. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the latest TM3 update.

Healthcode invoice export and payment remittance import has now been added to TM3.
As part of the invoice export TM3 will validate the information within the invoices which would be sent over to healthcode. You will then be alerted to the potential problems before the invoices are exported so that you can correct these before sending on the files to Healthcode.
This new feature can be found within Finances under the Healthcode Wizard tab.

Improved Finances UI
As part of our ongoing improvements to TM3 we have made changes to the Finances section which make the viewing of Charges and payments much more simple.
Similar to the changes made in the Diary, the charges and payment information will now show within a simple sidebar. This makes accessing the information quicker and easier for your users.
Submitted Forms Notification
Adding on to the functionality of TM3 forms we have added in a feature that will allow you to receive notification any time a patient completes and returns a form.
This notification can either be set up to go to a single email address or can go to the email address of the Practitioner assigned to this Patient or Case.
Waiting list Communication Templates
The communication templates for the waiting list can now be customised, similar to the other communications that would go out from the system.
Adding to the tools within the TM3 Clinical Templates, we have added a PSFS element. This works great along side Forms where the Patient can fill in the PSFS form and send it back to the Clinic. Once the from is approved the system will create score passed on the answers the Patient gives

We have added in some new reports to TM3 that will better allow you to track the goings on in your clinics
These are the Traffic Analysis, which show Clients with a high and low rate of return to the Clinic, the Non Returning Report, which will show Clients who have not returned to the clinic allowing you to better target marketing to them to re-attract them back, and the Upcoming Auto Payments report which shows the automatic payments due within the selected date range.
All these reports can be found in their relevant sections within the Reports desktop
In addition to the new reports we have also re worked a number of our current reports based on user feedback to make them more useful and produce more relevant information.
