Appointment reminder email calendar attachments were occasionally showing as 1 hour out - This issue was causing significant problems for a number of clients, so we have removed this completely from the email reminders while we investigate further and resolve the issue more permanently.

Cannot change Group Invoice to Patient if the invoice contains a DNA charge
