Open Patient record in a new tab:
After listening to the TM3 Community we have made a change to how users can access a Patients record from within an Appointment.
Now if you click on the patients name the patient record will load in the browser tab you are currently in.
If you click the little icon beside their name the patient record will open in a new tab leaving the current tab on the Diary, this give you the choice or how you wish to view the Patient information.
Known Issues now resolved
When viewing the Diary in Room view sessions for inactive practitioners remain in the view
Creating a new Patient will Lower Case first letters does not correct to Upper Case
Able to edit an appointment charge after completion of the appointment
Altering Appointment options from First Appointment of new case to Part of existing Case and visa versa does not update the appointment charge
Inactive practitioners appear on waiting list options and booking appointments
Unable to override Room when moving appointment
Inconsistency on Class booking forms between Diary and Class desktop
Linking appointment with No Case to an existing case requires a refresh before case is visible on appointment
Unable to scroll quickbill form on mobile browsers
Provisional Patient name remaining in Class after Provisional Patient has been linked to existing record
Authcode does not show with a strike though when there are no sessions left
Note not appearing within Group/Business record
Cached information showing when creating 2 payments in a row
Manually edited Billing item date showing a day out
No option to Add GST to the Invoice Billing Item table when Location set to Canada
Newly created stock item not available to be added to invoice until refresh
Documents and Templates
Emailed Receipt does not show Billing items
Video call option not being selected when booking a video call appointment though Connect
Pay as you go Practitioners not showing in the Practitioner filter when booking an appointment
