At Blue Zinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the May TM3 update.

TM3 now has the ability to integrate with your Mailchimp account and the Audiences that you have. To access this go to Settings > Diary > Communication
In order to set this up you will need to enter in a Mailchimp API key, which you can obtain from Mailchimp, and your Mailchimp Username.
Once set up you will be able to see the Audiences you have within Mailchimp
After the set up has been complete there are a number of options you can use to add TM3 records to the Mailchimp Audience
Toggling one of your Audiences in Settings will add all Patient records to the selected list who have a valid email address and have consented to receive marketing information via Email. This will also set the list in to a Status so that whenever you add a new patient with an email address and Marketing Email consent or update a Patient record so they now have Marketing Email consent they will automatically be added to this Mailchimp Audience
You can add individual records to the Audience by accessing the record and using the Mailchimp options from the 'Actions' button.
Finally you can multi select records from the Patient desktop and add to your Audience this way
Please note: If you later change the API Key for Mailchimp this will result in all locally stored information for that linked Mailchimp account to be removed from TM3.
