We have now released version 3.3.1 to TM3 and have addressed the following issues in this release, as well as adding some additional functionality.

Issues Resolved

  • Transferring an outstanding balance from a business invoice to a patient account was removing the link to the practitioner.

  • If you had an attachment as part of your ‘Form Email Template’ - the attachment wouldn’t send along with the email

  • Booking an appointment with a patient and changing or assigning a business to the appointment wasn’t changing the charge correctly

  • When a patient had a pre-payment on their account, there was a spelling error in the message displayed on screen

  • Submitting a partial refund from TM3 for a Stripe payment was issuing a full rather than part refund

  • Australian Clients – Invoices from Blue Zinc in ‘My Account’ were showing the incorrect Bank Account (UK rather than Aus) details for payment
