To send an invoice to your referrer, you can do this via either TM3/Pronto as they are both synced together. Both paths have been described below.
Adding the Initial Appointment
When a patient has been referred to you through the portal they will either be booked in automatically or you will need to manually book them depending on how your clinic is set up with your referrer. If a referral comes through with an appointment attached it is best to double-check the diary that it has been added there as well:
If everything is showing you will not need to do anything further until the appointment needs to be completed.
However, some referrals may not have appointments booked for them, you can see this in the following image as the status for the referral will show that the patient is Awaiting First Appointment:
You can book a new appointment for the patient by pressing Add beside the Appointment section, to which the appointment details screen will then display.
From here simply enter in the details of the appointment insuring the correct charge, date, time and practitioner are selected.
Once you are happy, press Submit and the appointment will then display in the appointment section and additionally booked in your TM3 diary.
Add Follow Up Appointments via TM3
Please Note: In order to add appointments via TM3, an initial appointment MUST be booked via PRONTO using the add initial appointment method above or you will not be able to use TM3 to book any follow-ups.

After the appointment has happened you will want to book the patients follow up.
Simply click on the appointment within the diary, you will then be presented with the appointment screen, click on the Book Next button at the top.
To which this will then allow you to select the date and time of the next appointment and then click Create at the top right.
Once you have the appointment booked in, not only will you see it appear within your diary but the appointment will also sync over to the referral on Pronto.

To begin, view the referral that you are looking to add an appointment for.
Click on the Add button beside the appointment section
The appointment details screen will then display, simply enter in the details of the appointment insuring the correct charge, date, time and practitioner are selected, then press the Submit button at the top right.
The appointment will then display in the appointment section and additionally booked in your TM3 diary.
