To send a report to your referrer, you can do this via either TM3/Pronto as they are both synced together. Both paths have been described below.

Reporting via TM3

Please see the following video guide on how to send a report within TM3 and a step by step following on after:

The following video shows the initial process for a Pronto Booking Client. Pronto No Booking Clients will initially have an IA Booking Confirmation displayed in the report section that you will need to fill out before receiving the Interim Report.

Clinics now have the ability to send their Pronto reports via their patient clinical cases - you can still fill out your clinical consultations as you normally would after your treatments, this is an additional feature that you now have within the same clinical case.

If you are a Pronto Booking you won't need to worry about the IA Booking Confirmation and can skip straight to the Interim Report.

IA Booking Confirmation

If you view the initial appointment you will be presented with the appointment information. To open the case and send off the IA Booking Confirmation Report, at the Clinical section, click on Choose new or existing case and then select Create New Case.

Once you open up a new case you will be presented with the following screen below.

Any reports or attachments that was originally sent over with the referral will also be populated in the main section of the case. This allows you easy access to reading the information regarding the patient.

Click on Add Report at the bottom of the screen to send off the first report.

Once you select the report, you will still stay within your case but now be displayed with the report. Once you have completed the report, select Submit at the top right.

The report will now be populated within the main clinical section - if you refresh your page you will see this will automatically be accepted and you can continue on with your treatment.

If at some point you happened to click on the Hide option by mistake, you still can access the report, by clicking on More

At the bottom of the list you will have an option that will say your referrers name to add a report on, click on the arrow and you will then be able to access the report that you need to send again.

Interim (Case Managed) Report

The next report to send regardless if you are a pronto no booking or pronto booking client is the interim report. You will send this once you have completed your treatment and are looking to either request more authorisations or discharge the patient.

Click on Add Report at the bottom of the screen and you will be presented with the option to select the report.

If at some point you happened to click on the Hide option by mistake, you still can access the report, by clicking on More

At the bottom of the list you will have an option that will say your referrers name to add a report on, click on the arrow and you will then be able to access the report again.

Once you fill out the report, the report will now send to the referral source and the status will now show as Submitted. Once they accept the report, this will then update to say Accepted.

If you went back to the referral within Pronto (you don't have to do this) you will also see the Interim report sitting there with the Submitted status.

Reporting via Pronto

Please see the following video guide on how to send a report within pronto and a step by step following on after:

To carry out clinical reporting within Pronto Portal, you must first of all access your referrals by clicking the following icon on the left-hand side:

You will be brought to a page with all of your referrals. Next is to select the referral you are looking to send a report for.

If you are a Pronto No Booking Client you will need to first send the IA Booking Confirmation before being able to send the Interim report.

If you are a Pronto Booking Client you do not need to send an IA Booking Confirmation, skip to the Interim Report.

IA Booking Confirmation

The IA Booking Confirmation is to inform your referral source of the date and time the initial appointment has been booked for.

You can do this by clicking on Add beside the report section and you will be displayed with your first report.

Once you click on the report, the following form will be displayed:

Once you fill out the report and click on Submit you will see the report now displayed within its section.

Please Note: This report should only ever be sent once if you refresh your page or go out and back in of the referral the status of the report will have changed to Accepted.

The next step of the referral is to treat the patient, once you have finished treatment and need to now complete the Interim report to either request more authorisations or discharge the patient.

Interim Report

If you have availability in your diary then your referral source can book directly into your diary.

When a booking is made into the diary with a referral you do not need to send an IA Booking Confirmation report.

The reports available to select will be the Interim (Case Managed) Report or the D2N report. The report you will see depends on the referral type.

To access this, go into the referral you are wanting to send a report for.

Select Add beside the Report section, to which it will then bring up the next report available as displayed in the photo below.

When you select your report, complete it with the appropriate information and then press Submit.

You will then see the report at the end of the report section.
