This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Lapsed Patients Report:
Summary: | Cases with open cases awaiting action, where the last completed appointment date is within your date range. |

Location Status: | As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected |
Location: | Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above. |
Practitioner Status: | Defaults to ‘Full Time & Pay G’ practitioners. If you need to see disabled practitioners ‘All’ should be selected |
Practitioner: | Leave blank to pull through all the practitioners from the setting above. Otherwise select as many practitioners on the drop list as needed. |
Last Appointment Date: | Date selection is mandatory. The report will pull through all non-discharged cases for clients that do not have an appointment in the future. |
Body Site: | If left blank this selection will be ignored. You can narrow down your search by selecting one or multiple body sites from the drop-down list. This list is the same list that appears on the case. It can be edited from Settings > Configuration > Custom Lists > Body Sites |
Show Patients with Remaining Authorisations? | Will default to ‘Disregard’. A breakdown of the options below: |
Group By Location? | Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group |
Group By Practitioner? | Separates the data by practitioner, with totals per practitioner at the bottom of each group. |
Group By Business? | Separates the data into business groupings, with totals per business at the bottom of each group |
Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section. Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report. |

Location: | The location linked to the case |
Business: | Will list the business linked to the first appointment of the case. If there is no business, it will display ‘Self Funder’ |
Practitioner: | The practitioner assigned to the case. This will default to the practitioner linked to the first appointment of the case. |
Date Of Admission: | The admission date of the case (Usually the first appointment date) |
Case Ref: | The unique case reference number. This is hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the case in a new tab. |
Client Ref: | The client reference number on the client record. |
Client Name: | The full name of the client. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab. |
Contact Details | It will display the client’s mobile number. If this is blank, it will display their work telephone number. Finally, if this is blank it will show their home telephone number. |
Email: | Client’s email address |
Diagnosis Code: | The diagnosis code linked to the case |
Body Site: | The body site linked to the case |
Last Appt: | The client’s last appointment regardless of status. |
Last Appt Status: | The status of the client’s last appointment |
Last Appt Practitioner: | The practitioner linked to the client’s last appointment |
No Of Appts: | Number of appointments linked to the case. |
Remaining AuthCode | Number of sessions remaining on the authorisation code |
If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored. |
