This Atricle will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Class Attendance Report:

Summary:

Clients Who have been added to classes in your date range

Parameters

Date Range:

Date selection is mandatory. The report will pull through all class sessions between your date range.

Practitioner Status:

Defaults to ‘Full Time & Pay G’ practitioners. If you need to see disabled practitioners ‘All’ should be selected

Practitioner(s):

Leave blank to pull through all the practitioners from the setting above. Otherwise select as many practitioners on the drop list as needed.

Location Status:

As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected

Location:

Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above.

Class Status:

Defaults to ‘Current’ so it will only show active classes. You may want to set this to ‘All’ if running the report in the past.

Class Type:

Leave blank to pull through all classes. You can select one or multiple classes in the list. This default list is generated from ‘Active’ classes as specified above. This can be changed.

Attended Only?

Default to ‘No’. This setting will be ignored.
When changing to ‘Yes’ It will only show clients who have attended the classes.

Group By Location?

Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group

Group By Practitioner?

Separates the data by practitioner, with totals per practitioner at the bottom of each group.

Group By Class?

Separates the data into class groupings, with totals per class type at the bottom of each group

Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section.

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Date:

The date of the class. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the class window

Time:

The time of the class session

Location:

The Location the class is linked into

Practitioner:

The practitioner the class is linked to

Class Type:

The name of the class

Client Ref:

The client reference number

Client Name:

The full name of the client. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab. If blank, there will be multiple clients linked.

Has Attended:

When the client has cancelled it will say ‘Cancelled’
When the client has been marked as attended it will say ‘Yes’
When the client has been cancelled it will say ‘No’
When no action has been completed it will say 'Not Actioned'

Paid:

If this client has paid for this session

Business Linked To client:

The business the client record is linked to. If not linked it will say ‘Self Funder’

Total Sessions:

Total class sessions in that batch

Session Number:

Out of the number above what number is this class session on.

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored.
