This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Traffic Analysis Report:

Summary:

Identify high and low traffic clients by return rates for services


Parameters

Location Status:

As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected

Location:

Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above.

Dates:

Find all appointments, classes and charges within the date range.

Practitioner Status:

Defaults to ‘Full Time & Pay G’ practitioners. If you need to see disabled practitioners ‘All’ should be selected

Practitioner(s):

Leave blank to pull through all the practitioners from the setting above. Otherwise select as many practitioners on the drop list as needed.

Order By:

Defaults To ‘All’
All: Order by total number of appointments and classes
Appointments: Order by total number of appointments
Classes: Order by total number of classes

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Client Ref:

The client reference linked to the client.

Client Name:

The full name of the client. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab.

Appt Date:

The date of the appointment. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the appointment/ class window

Total Appointments:

Total number of appointments regardless of status.

Total Booked:

Total number of appointments with a status of booked.

Total Completed:

Total number of appointments with a status of complete.

Total DNA:

Total number of appointments with a status of DNA.

Total Cancelled:

Total number of appointments with a status of cancelled.

Total Classes:

Total number of classes within your date range.

Attended Classes:

Total number of classes the client attended.

Billed Client:

Total amount billed to the clients account.

Billed Group:

Total amount billed to the client’s business.

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, please select the Export View parameter
