This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Traffic Analysis Report:
Summary: | Identify high and low traffic clients by return rates for services |

Location Status: | As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected |
Location: | Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above. |
Dates: | Find all appointments, classes and charges within the date range. |
Practitioner Status: | Defaults to ‘Full Time & Pay G’ practitioners. If you need to see disabled practitioners ‘All’ should be selected |
Practitioner(s): | Leave blank to pull through all the practitioners from the setting above. Otherwise select as many practitioners on the drop list as needed. |
Order By: | Defaults To ‘All’ |
Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report. |

Columns |

Client Ref: | The client reference linked to the client. |
Client Name: | The full name of the client. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab. |
Appt Date: | The date of the appointment. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the appointment/ class window |
Total Appointments: | Total number of appointments regardless of status. |
Total Booked: | Total number of appointments with a status of booked. |
Total Completed: | Total number of appointments with a status of complete. |
Total DNA: | Total number of appointments with a status of DNA. |
Total Cancelled: | Total number of appointments with a status of cancelled. |
Total Classes: | Total number of classes within your date range. |
Attended Classes: | Total number of classes the client attended. |
Billed Client: | Total amount billed to the clients account. |
Billed Group: | Total amount billed to the client’s business. |
If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, please select the Export View parameter |
