This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Patient Birthdays Report:

Summary:

All payments created within your date range

Parameters

Location Status:

As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected

Location:

Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above.

Invoice Date:

Will show all invoices created within your date range.

Display:

Defaults to ‘All’. This will show all appointments regardless of what business they may be linked to.
‘Business Clients’ Will only show appointments for appointments that are linked to a business.
‘Self Funding’ Will only show appointments for appointments that are not linked to a business.

Business:

Leaving this blank will pull through all businesses and self funders depending on what the parameter above is linked to. Otherwise, you can select one or businesses from the list.

Practitioner Status:

Defaults to ‘Full Time & Pay G’ practitioners. If you need to see disabled practitioners ‘All’ should be selected

Practitioner:

Leave blank to pull through all the practitioners from the setting above. Otherwise select as many practitioners on the drop list as needed.

Invoice Status:

Leave blank to pull through data for all invoice statuses. Can filter the report to show only ‘unpaid’, ‘part paid’, ‘paid’ and ‘write off’

Account Type:

Defaults to ‘All’. Can be filtered to show only data for self funders or businesses’.

Group By Location?

Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group

Group By Account Type?

Separates the data by account type, with totals per account type at the bottom of each group.

Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section.

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Location Name:

The location linked to the invoice

Invoice Reference:

The invoice reference. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the invoice on a new tab.

Account Name:

The name of the account that the invoice is linked to.

Account Type:

Either ‘Self Funding’ or ‘Business’

Invoice Date:

The date of the payment

Total EX VAT:

Net Amount

VAT Amount:

The VAT amount on the invoice

Invoice Total:

Gross Amount

Amount Paid:

Total amount reconciled to the invoice.

Fully Paid Date:

If the invoice is fully paid, the paid date will display here

Invoice Status:

Either unpaid, part paid or paid.

Clients on invoice:

The full name of the client. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab.

Practitioners On Invoice:

Will list the practitioner linked to an invoice. If there are multiple practitioners this column will read ‘multiple practitioners’

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored.
