Stock Reorder

Summary:

Stock items that have reached their reorder level

Parameters

Stock Description:

Leave blank for all, or you can select one or more stock items from the list.

Supplier:

Leave blank to show all.

Option:

Reorder – will show stock items that have reached the reorder level
Stock Above Minimum Level – will show stock items above the level

Minimum Stock Level:

Defaults to 0. But this can be edited to show stock items with a higher minimum stock level

Group By Location?

Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group

Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section.

Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report.

Columns

Stock Description:

The name of the stock item This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the stock item in a new tab.

Stock Ref:

If a stock reference was provided it will appear here. This pulls from the stock item.

Price EX VAT:

The stock price excluding VAT

VAT Amount:

Total amount of VAT added to the charge.

Total Price:

Full price of the stock item including VAT.

Cost Price:

The total amount to purchase this item.

Minimum Level:

The minimum level as set in the stock settings

Current Level:

The current level of stock items remaining

Stock Status:

The status of the stock item

Stock Reorder:

When below minimum level it will say ‘Reorder’. When above it will say 'Stock Above Minimum Level'

Location:

The location of the stock item

Supplier:

The supplier linked to the stock item

If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored.
