This article will show you the parameters and columns featured on the new Stock Sales Report:

Location Status: | As default it will only display data for Active & View Only locations. To see 'All' this will need to be selected |
Location: | Leave blank to show data for all locations from the setting above. For example, if no locations are selected it will look for all 'Active & View Only’ locations as shown above. |
Charge Date Range: | This will search for all billing items linked to a stock item sold in your date range |
Stock Description: | Leave blank for all. The drop-down list pull through all current stock items. |
Group By Location? | Separates the data into location groupings, with totals per location at the bottom of each group |
Note: If more than one grouping is selected they will stack one under another in the order they appear in the parameter section. Once you submit your parameters you can save this as a preset by pressing save at the top right-hand side of the report. |

Location: | The location the stock item was billed to |
Description: | The name of the stock item This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the stock item in a new tab |
Client:
| The full name of the client. This is hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the client record in a new tab. |
Reference: | The reference of the stock item |
Price EX VAT: | The stock price excluding VAT |
VAT Rate: | The VAT rate on the billing item |
VAT Amount: | Total amount of VAT added to the charge. |
Total Price: | Full price of the stock item including VAT |
Quantity: | Number of items sold |
Charge Total: | Total amount of charge including VAT |
Charge Date: | The date of the charge. This will be hyperlinked, which when clicked will open the charge in a new tab |
Age Grouping Of Buyer: | The age grouping of the client that purchased the stock item |
If exporting the data into a CSV or Excel file, the grouping parameters should be ignored. |
